Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special General Meeting (SGM) called in accordance with the Club Rules and it will held on MONDAY 19th March 2012.
Meeting will be at the Hampton Amateur Rowing Club at 7:30
This SGM follows the SGM on 12th December 2011, and is to revise a couple of clauses in the Rules & Constitution that were agreed that day.
The revisions are:
3. The Objects
“The Charity's objects ("the objects") are:
The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in Herne Bay and the surrounding area (“the area of benefit”) by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for playing football for children up to 18 years of age.”
30. Football Affiliation
The Charity is a member of the Kent FA and will abide by its rules and laws in relation to equal opportunities and child protection matters and all matters relating to football.
All Club Members are invited and has been sent to all members email addresses that are registered on this website. Managers & Parent Liaison Officers will also be asked to inform other members.
