Therefore, unless we make this payment, we will have all but three of our teams hidden. Personally I feel that the number of players that we attract via the website more than makes up to the cost of running the site (at their Starter Package).

However, I think that we need to make far better use of the website especially as all team managers have admin access to their team pages.

I had a long telephone call of over an hour and a half with a helpful member of staff today, and I'm convinced that the developments they are working on makes it worthwhile staying, despite the little irritants we may have with the site. It may even be worthwhile to move up to a standard package (higher cost), but only if we all start using the site more.

A few seasons back we were always in the top 100 clubs, but alas we are nowhere near this now. I think one of the causes is that we now don't have results all the way up to Under 10s. Also, it's easier for people to text me to find out what they want to know, instead of looking up the details on the website.

So maybe there are other areas that we can use the website? Ideas are always welcome!

Also, there are many features already within the site that we don't yet use, like the club calender, payments, player availability and communication tools. I'm also going to look into synchronising the fixture, result, tables area with FA Full time.

As we now have to pay for this service then I for one will have a go at getting our money's worth.
