In accordance with the rules of the Hertford Rugby Football Club (“Club”), the 80th Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday 3rd July 2018
Time: 20:00 hrs
Location: The Clubhouse, Hoe Lane, Ware, Herts

1. Apologies for absence. (Any apologies are to be sent to the Secretary, HRFC, Hoe Lane, Ware, Herts SG12 9NZ or by e-mail to markharris13@virginmedia.com )

2. Adoption of the Minutes of the 79th Annual General Meeting held on 4th July 2017.

3. Receipt and adoption of a report summarising the Club’s activities during 2017/18.

4. Receipt and Approval of the Draft Accounts for the Club for the Financial Year to 30th April 2018. Unlike for previous years, the Draft Accounts presented to the AGM will be consolidated club accounts for the Senior, Youth and Minis sections.

5. Elections of the members of the Executive Board for the forthcoming year 2018/19.

6. Election of Honorary Life Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Honorary Members of the Club.

7. Appointment of Auditors. Approval of the appointment of Cook & Partners as the auditors for the Club.

8. Setting of Subscriptions.9. Any Other Business. The Secretary has received no AOB topics by 30th April 2018.
