What is Ruck & Roll?
Our very own music festival! There will be live music from local musicians and bands throughout the event, as well as activities to keep both children and adults entertained.
What is the cost?
Tickets cost only £20 for adults, and just £5 for children. ('Adult' is anyone aged 16 and above) Tickets must be purchased before the event - no tickets will be available on the day.
What do we get for our money?
The ticket price includes:
- 1 food token for children (children’s menu) or 1 food token for adults to use in the 'American Diner' themed restaurant.
- 10 Activity tokens for children or 5 for adults.
What activities are available?
Activity tokens can be used to take part in stalls such as Pin Bowling, Hoopla, Hook a Duck, Children's Tombola and Face Painting etc.
Who is the event open to?
Members past and present, families and their friends. Although the Ruck & Roll festival is not just exclusive to rugby club members it is also not open to the wider general public.
What are the times?
Gates open at 16:00 with the live music starting at 16:30. From there, live music is organised all the way until midnight.
We do respectably ask that children leave at 20:00 so that the party can step up a notch for the adults.
From midnight until 02:00 (for the hardy party goers among us) a DJ will continue the party.
What can we do?
The answer is simple, support the event. This is an opportunity to party together, from the under 6’s all the way to the 1st XV. One rugby family.
Where can we buy tickets?
Tickets will be available for sale on the Awards Day Sunday 13th May at Hertford RFC or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your tickets and receive payment details or liaise with Kevin Brewer or Karen Newbury.
We look forward to seeing you there!
