A great day followed by a great night.

The last full league Saturday saw victories all round followed by the players awards dinner with a strange selection of shirts.

‘Clubman of the year’ went to JP for his fantastic work and attitude this season.

No one was surprised when Sean Taylor picked up a double with the ‘Supporters player’ and ‘1st XV Coaches player' awards. He has been outstanding this season and we all really hope he will be producing his magic at Hoe Lane again next season.

‘1st XV squad most improved’ went to James Kinsley who has certainly found his niche in the 2nd row.

‘Most improved club player' went to Sam Walker who has worked his way from 3rd XV to 1st XV this season.

‘Club coaches player of the season’ was awarded to young Sam Glossop for his hard work and his willingness to listen and learn.

‘1st XV Players player’ went to Torren McDougall who has played every game for the 1s this season.

Tom Mellor picked up the ‘2nd XV Players player’ for his awesome work rate. His tackle count this season is phenomenal.

Another Tom, this time Moss, gets' Players player' in the ‘ Hoes XV’. He is a true leader on the field and as tough as they come.

Termites XV players awarded their ‘Gong’ to Hugo Wilson who has been immense for them this season but may have slipped under the radar of the rest of the club. Watch out Skipper the rest may be coming for him!
