Well done to all the lads who attended tonights session. 22 hard working players from the 1st and 2nd team prepared for Thursday's first pre-season fixture at home to Croston Sports.

To back up Evergreen (1st team manager), the Reserve team manager was finalised this evening. Last years number 2 Terry Meadows will spearhead the team, assisted by Garry Haddock, Steve Parkin, Tony Sergeant and Ryan Teale.

I can hand-on-heart say I'm a much happier member of this football club this evening. We still have a lot of work to do, but we're moving in the right direction, and thats in no small part down to the efforts of Evergreen, and all the players who've stood by him and the club over the past few weeks.
