Pitchero Club

The best way to keep up to date with Heyford Cricket Club

HCC Fundraising

Most Clubs rely on the generosity of their members and supporters to raise the funds which are needed to pay the bills, to maintain and to renew equipment, and to purchase those items which will help their Clubs to grow.

Heyford Cricket Club is no different. It seeks to balance its running costs with revenue from annual subscriptions and match fees, from pitch rentals and from advertising, and then tops this revenue up with fundraising activities as diverse as Quiz Nights and Annual Dinners, Fantasy Cricket and Bonus Ball competitions, BBQs and prize draws.

This enables us to fund our Northants Cricket League and Playing Fields Association subscriptions, and also pays for the grass seed, loam, lime, fertiliser, fuel and all important cricket balls without which we couldn't play.

In recent years the Club has also been fortunate to be supported by donations from its supporters, and by grants and sponsorships from further afield, including The Lord's Taverners, Northants County Council, Travis Perkins, E M Rogers Ltd and Hammon Osborne.
