HCC Welfare - SUMMARY
Heyford Cricket Club has a proactive commitment to encouraging all members of the club to enjoy their participation in cricket in a safe and supportive environment. Our junior section has been growing year on year and underlines our success as a club. We are keen to maintain this development and the encouragement of young players through to the senior teams, in order to help us achieve our objectives we have developed a number of policies and procedures which you can view on the following pages in this section.

It is important that all members of the club make themselves familiar with, and follow, the policies and guidelines contained in these pages to protect the best interests of everyone involved with the club.

The following policies are set out to ensure that parents and guardians understand and accept the clubs policy specific to Junior Members. Parents or guardians of any prospective member under the age of 18 are asked to read the document "Junior Members - rules and regulations" thoroughly, and will then be asked to complete an "Enrolment Form" stating that they accept these conditions.
