April 2012 Committee Minutes
Committee Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month, except where this is a Bank Holiday in which case the following Monday, or unless specifically agreed otherwise. Venue is The Olde Sun. Time 7:30pm. Club members wishing to comment on any of the agenda items discussed or raise a new issue for the Committee to discuss may do so through any Committee member.
Youth Cricket - Enrolment Form
The following documents set out to ensure that parents and guardians understand and accept the clubs policy specific to Junior Members. Parents or guardians of any prospective member under the age of 18 are asked to read the document "Junior Members - rules and regulations" thoroughly, and will then be asked to complete an "Enrolment Form" stating that they accept these conditions.
Self Decleration Form
Self -declaration form to be be completed by all senior players and committee members who do not have a valid CRB check in place.
Welfare Incident Report Form
Any suspected Welfare incidents must be recorded using the following form.
