THE GATE 1 v 1 TIPTON TOWN

When watching this game the frustration was there how tipton players never got yellow cards is beyond me a mystery. The challenges going in were physical maybe sometimes with both teams. An obvious handball by karl king outside the penalty box amazed the lino said to the ref penalty tipton town scoring from the spot kick to make it 1-0 to them just before half time. Several times tipton could have increased their lead by a lot more with chances going just wide in the second half. A penalty awarded to gate with 10 minutes left and the keeper saved it to still deny gate from scoring. With about 4 minutes left a shot into the top of the goal an amazing goal finally getting it past tiptons keeper to give gate the equalizer. A draw was better than a match which could have been lost by gate but at the same time nearly won it as well.
