Highland RFC’s 250 Club is a lucky number draw that aims to raise funds for rugby projects at Highland RFC. Over the years monies raised have been used to fund the purchase of new infrastructure such as goal posts and assist in the purchase of kit such as a scrum machine. It has also helped support special trips and tours.
The nature of the draw is that a participating member pays £18 per season into the 250 Club account and this entitles them to be in all of the draws for that season. The number of draws and prize money paid out varies depending on the number of 250 Club members. A higher membership means bigger prizes from more draws. Just now this means about four £100 draws and a £200 Christmas draw.
Members can pay their annual subscription in several ways: standing order, cheque or cash. The preferred and easiest to administrate is by standing order.
£18 - annually
£9 – biannually
£4.50 – quarterly
£1.50 – monthly
If this is not to your liking you can send a cheque to the Convenor or pay face to face with cash.
To join the 250 Club please download a form or ask to have one mailed out to you. Simply complete the form by following the instructions. You will be allocated a draw number from 1 to 250 and into the next draw. Please note that you can request a number to be allocated in advance by an e-mail, use the 'word' form or by phone. Your number can then be written on your standing order form to your bank and act as your transaction reference.
