After a ridiculously early start the P6-7s set off from Matalan Car Park headed for the Stirling Rugby Festival at about 7.45am. Stopping off at Ballinluig for a snack on the way. One of the coaches phones went off. Stirling had been cancelled. Arghh!!!!

A quick phone call got them an invite up to Ross Sutherland where although they wouldn't be part of the tournament they would still get some games.

The bus turned around and the boys made it to Invergordon after the festival had started. Both Greens and Reds got some games with the Reds playing Nairn, Caithness and Strathspey and the Greens playing Nairn, Caithness, Moray and Ross Sutherland.

All in in all a strange day with alot of travelling but at least the boys got to play some rugby.

Huge thanks to Ross Sutherland for inviting us up at such short notice.
