Clubhouse Management

I am calling a meeting at 8.15 p.m. on WEDNESDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER for any parent of the Junior Section who would be interested in making the management of the Club House more efficient.

We now have more home games than ever this season and at present we need more assistance with Saturday matches and possible functions which will enable us to make more of our fund raising opportunities. At present we have very few helping on a Saturday afternoon and, if any of the two main volunteers are unavailable we get a situation which makes Sunday very difficult as some of you have already regretfully found out.
I am aware that the Junior section do a magnificent job with the Junior catering ,but we are not getting much support from volunteers in the Senior Section apart from a very hard worked committee and a few players . For this reason I would be very grateful for any support from Junior Section parents in any form and I would like to meet with any parent who could possibly help out or even advise us on how to make our Club House more efficient.

The meeting will start at 8.15 p.m. to suit a couple of parents who have already been consulted and will finish at 9 p.m. with, if the response is positive, another meeting soon after.
We really are very short of help in the club house and I am very much aware of the work done by the Junior Section but we are struggling and need to take action necessary as we can not afford to pay people to do club house work.
