Geneva Tour
Golden Eagles Tour To Geneva 15th-18th of June update
Thursday 7th June
Touch Rugby at Highland Rugby club 7.00 to sharpen up our passing and get to know your tour players, this is an open invitation to everyone to come down and get a bit fitter and to share your rugby knowledge and skill to anybody that has not here’d it before!!
Thursday night14th June
Last Touch Rugby at Highland Rugby club to finish off our moves and chat!
June 15th
• Depart Inverness 5:30am Matalan Car Park
• Depart Edinburgh 11:10am
• Arrive Geneva 2:25pm
• Book into accommodation
• Geneva Tour
• Evening meal (TBC)
. Wine Tasting
. Bed
June 16th
• 9am Lakeside breakfast watching Bol d’Or sailing regatta
• 11:30am U18 v Geneva and Nyon
• 1pm Lunch in clubhouse
• 1:30pm Veterans Tournament 4 team round robin teams 2 x 10min
• 3:30pm Gala match replaying the Swiss Championship Final from 1992. Hermance v Geneva.
• 5:30pm Post match debrief & Prize giving
• 6:30pm the Hermance Village Annual Summer Party. This is a typical Swiss party with music, dancing, meal wine tasting etc!!!
June 17th
• Our Swiss hosts have organized a tour for us to include following
• Visit to Chillon castle - http://www.chillon.ch/en/
• Lunch
• Swimming
• Afternoon Special - Meringue plus Gruyere Cream
• Evening meal (TBC)

. Bed
June 18th
• Free time in morning
• Depart Geneva 2:55pm
• Arrive Edinburgh 16:05pm
• Arrive Inverness 7:30pm
Just to bring you up to date with the tour programme and the things you need to do and to take.
1 Passport, I need your passport number a.s.a.p, D.O.B and expire date so I can give this to Easy jet for your boarding card
E111C Medical card
2 .You are allowed 1 hold piece of luggage 20 kg size and one carry on case
3. I need £150 this is to include £20 for bus between Inverness and Edinburgh Airport
£55 for Sunday trip and £75 for three night accommodation. (Any money over will go into kitty as it depends what the exchange is on the day, but I have budgeted over for this)

6. The SRU have given us tour insurance which covers medical and lost Kit,money etc if you require full details just email and I will give you a copy of the insurance cert.
6. Swiss Francs (Best rate Post Office on line 1.46 francs)
7. Bottle of Malt Whisky to give to opposite number
8. You will receive a Tour Top (Spouses by Focus Car rental) and a Highland strip to take with you I will hand it out at the Touch Rugby or you can come to my work.
9. Highland Rugby Shorts,Socks,boots,and corn plasters if you require any see Ronnie Kelly or me on Thursday night
