Function Room Hire - Weddings
Hinckley Rugby Club is recognised as one of the premier rugby teams in Leicestershire. In keeping with its prowess on the field, it also has excellent facilities for social events and wedding receptions.
The facility can comfortably seat 100 and can be decorated to your tastes, with the venue coordinator offering you contacts for interior drapes, balloons and flowers for your special day. The coordinator is happy to organise the decorations and can liase with all the companies on your behalf if you would like the hassle taking out of your day. The bar is fully licensed and the co coordinator is there to do as much or as little as you want to ensure your day is a success and one that you will remember for the rest of your lives.
There is access at the club to attach a marquee dependent upon your dream for your day- the price for this would be quoted dependent upon numbers and the size you would like your marquee to be. Room hire for a reception would be £150 with a £50 returnable deposit after your day/evening reception.
The club offers a selection of options for your wedding breakfasts or buffet with choices that vary from cold buffet at £5 per head to hot buffet or hog roast at £12.95 per head.
