Membership - Senior Fees

All players playing for Hinckley Rugby Club must be covered by the RFU playing membership insurance relating to Total Permanent Disability and Death. This insurance covers playing, coaching, travelling to and from games and training sessions. All players therefore must be fully paid up members to play for Hinckley RFC.
Please note, the club does not purchase cover for temporary disability or loss of earnings or medical expenses. Members are recommended to make their own arrangements for such cover.
All full members will be able to use the club facilities and have the options to apply for international tickets, plus have full voting rights at the AGM. To ensure you have your vote in what goes on within the club, you must be a current Full Member or a Life Member.

Individual Player Membership Payments
Payment methods are as follows:
- £100 to be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer by 1st October.
- £8 Standing Order for 7 months with an upfront fee of £40. This will need to be set up with the 1st payment coming out in October.
- £12 Standing Order for 8 months with no upfront fee. This will need to be set up with the 1st payment coming out in September.
All player membership for the season needs to be paid by the 1st October deadline. Players who are not members from the start of the season will pay a £5 match fee per game. Initially, this will be refundable against membership costs. After October 1st, if membership has not been paid, the £5 match fee per game will not be refundable against membership costs.
