Another fine performace from HRFC U9s

After last weekends County Cup win the HRFC U9's travelled a short distance down the A5 for a local derby with Nuneaton RFC.

The fine performance continued with Hinckley taking a 15-0 lead at the break through a try from Inman and a brace for J. Thomas who was dominating the driving. The second half saw Nuneaton rally with 2 tries however Hinckley were more than a match for the performance and scored through Sansome and that man J. Thomas taking his hatrick to round off a great start to the morning.

The second game started with the Hinckley boys continuing their dominance in a sparkling 75-0 victory that was all strong driving, free flowing passing and a mixture of both great individual and team performances. There was tries for Smith, B Thomas, Davis and Colloby there was also Hatricks for Catt and Halka and a magnificent performance from Hicks scoring 5 tries to complete the resounding 75-0 scoreline.

In the final game Nuneaton rallied their squad and despite a fantastic brace for Catt and an outstanding try for B. Thomas, Nuneaton edged a 15-20 victory.

With the end of an outstanding season nearing, the young boys continue their powerful and free flowing rugby, well done all and keep it up.
