This is a list of main club contacts of the management and team staff for Hindley ARLFC intended to be used by those on the list for Staff communication. It is being kept updated by Grahame Bentley. If there are any changes you know of call Grahame or send him an e-mail to treasurer@hindleyarlfc.co.uk You will need a password to open it....call or text Grahame for the password. You need to be registered as Staff or Coach to be able to download it.

Payment of the Fee – To reduce the workload on the hard working unpaid volunteers and to simplify collection of the fee, NO weekly collection of cash is planned to be done. Payment is now to be made by Standing order to our bank. This can be made by either making out a standing order using your online bank account or by filling out a Standing order form that can be provided by either your Team Manager, Treasurer management Office or by downloading it from the Club info – documents section of our website. (Note this is a private document and so you need to be a registered member of the website to be able to download it). If you are setting up your online payment then the above form shows our bank and payment frequency details. Payment is in the form of 12 payments of £10.00 starting 30/9/11 up to 31/8/12. If there are any issues paying by this method or if anyone has genuine hardship in meeting the payments you must contact Grahame on 07970 429699. IMPORTANT NOTE: If payments are not received and Grahame has not been contacted, reluctantly the coach will not be eligible to select the player to play games for the club while in arrears. Grahame will be in the club through out September on match days and weekends to help with the setting up of these forms etc. Alternatively call him on the number above or e-mail him on treasurer@hindleyarlfc.co.uk. He is a nice chap and will do what he can to help you.

Please download this and fill out and give to Grahame before the end of May. Order will then be placed and delivery should occur at the end of June.

This form is designed to be used on match days to get permission from each parent on the field to take photographs.NOTE SIGNATURES ARE NOT REQUIRED FROM HINDLEY PARENTS AS WE ARE SIGNED UP WITH THE LEAGUE TO ALLOW PHOTOGRAPHS OF OUR TEAMS.
