War of the Roses 2012 Cup Draw
New Openage Summer North West Cup Competition - The list sent today has been withdrawn as it was in error in some way....I will post the new one soon
The draw took place at Hindley ARLFC last night. This competition will be an annual event before League season starts. It does give a chance for teams to get some good competitive game time before the League season kicks in.
This year not all the teams have taken part as some of the teams still have commitments to finish off their winter League obligations but with 28 teams involved it still looks to be very interesting.
The Yorkshire summer League is doing the same and the winner of the NW will play the winner of the Yorkshire League on the bank holiday of 5th May (venue yet to be announced).
The RFL is heavily promoting this competition to be come a significant Annual event in the sporting calendar.
It all kicks off on the 10 th March, where we have Hindley playing away to Newton Storm and the A team playing at home against Cadishead Rhinos.

Do you have any details of the full draw for the war of the roses ?? Do you know who Leigh east have drawn we haven't had any confirmation through.
