Having gone down rather meekly to Boston Town in the FA Cup Preliminary Round a few short weeks ago, revenge will be on Tigers' minds when the Poachers make the short journey to Carter's Park next Wednesday 8th October for the Lincs FA County Senior Trophy match-up (KO: 7.45pm).

Ahead of that there's a much-anticipated FA Vase 2nd Round Qualifying tie at home to Stamford-based Blackstones this Saturday 4th October (KO: 3.00pm) and we hope as many of you as possible will get along to Carter's Park, Holbeach to help cheer on the boys in amber & black!

The season has started very well for the Tigers, bar that unexpected blip against lesser-fancied Boston in the FA Cup.

At the start of the campaign, Joint-Managers John Chand & Graham Drury made it clear that a long run in this season's prestigious FA Vase was not beyond this talented group of players - let's hope they hit the ground running Saturday and take nothing for granted against our lower-league opponents. It promises to be a great contest - make sure you're there to see it unfold!
