A last-gasp equaliser by Kern Miller in added-time saw Holbeach United gain an extra half-hour and, ultimately, victory in the FA Vase...

They don't get any more butt-cheek-clenching than this one by all accounts!

Up by two goals before being pulled back by a valiant Thurnby Nirvana, the Tigers must have thought their dreams of a Wembley Final appearance had gone as the clock ticked into added time with the away side trailing by 3-2.

Cometh the hour, cometh the arrival of the most unlikely of goalscoring heroes as centre-half Kern Miller strode through the depleted Nirvana defence to draw the Tigers level and take the game into a period of extra-time.

Heroic goalkeeping by the Nirvana 'keeper thwarted all the best efforts the Tigers could muster to seal the win until Jamie Clarke's moment of class shone through as his winning goal won the day for the visitors, putting them into the last 16 and the FA Vase 5th Round draw which will take place near lunchtime on Monday 19th January.

Detailed reports on the match can be found on both the Spalding Voice and Spalding Guardian/Lincs Free Press websites.

Suffice to say here, a humongous "Well Done" and "Bravo" to the heroic Tigers who rescued victory from the jaws of defeat - the 2014/15 'March to the Arch' is well & truly on!!!

Full details of the FA Vase 5th Round Draw will be posted on the website and Twitter on Monday. With Yaxley's heartbreaking 1-0 defeat to Erith & Belvedere FC on Sunday, the Tigers are the only remaining local side involved in this season's competition - see you in Round 5!
