Holderness Vikings took charge of the game from the beginning against Hull Victoria. They were stopping Hull Victoria from driving the ball forward with strong tackle after tackle, with the team moving up in a line providing an impregnable defence. Hull Victoria were only able to break through once near the end of the game to score their only try.
In attack they were again in charge running the ball in after passing it out down the line to score try’s. There was good all round attacking play with all players driving the ball forward and some excellent team work which allowed them to break through Hull Victoria’s defensive line 7 times to score try’s. The try scorers were Dylan Harman, Brandon Greaves, Francis Coggle and Harris Paterson.
