Jon is highly experienced within the football industry where he works full time and has spent the last 4 years working for Professional Clubs Norwich City and most recently Ipswich Town.

He’s role will be to manage the Reserve/Development Squad and to oversee the Youth Development Programme at the Football Club from ages under 4's up to our first team.
