Norwich United 1 v Holland FC 2

We made the long trip to Norwich United away this was always going to be a tough game, but we finally got the victory our play has deserved.

Again we felt the boys tried to do the right things and again a lot of positives are taken from a fine away win, the First half was a scrappy game but we controlled it for most of the half, but the young Norwich team did put us under a lot of pressure in the final Ten minutes and we had to defend well to keep them at bay.

In the 2nd half a slight re-shuffle sees Matt Gray to the fore, Matt causing the Norwich defense all kinds of trouble, First Matt is pulled down on the edge of the box and Keelan Sorrell fires home into the top corner of the Norwich net 1-0, then Matt drives into the penalty area and again is up ended! the ref points to the spot, Penalty!, Keelan Sorrell places the ball into the bottom corner of the Norwich net, 2-0.

The game is pretty much done but we gift Norwich a goal with a lack of concentration, after which we have a couple of edgy moments but in truth the boys showed great desire and character to see the game out, so the much needed win finally arrives!!!.

Lets us hope we can build on the result and move forward.
