Honiton hope that the weather gods are kind to them as they prepare to travel to Galmpton & Roselands in the SW Peninsula Division 1 East fixture. Town's Boxing Day fixture against local rivals Axminster was cancelled as the pitch was more akin to water polo or a best bog snorkelling.

This is a true 6 pointer for The Hippos who beat Galmpton earlier in the season with a 1-0 win at Mountbatten.

Town will need to improve on their recent result, which saw them beaten down at Teignmouth. Town had taken an early lead but failed to maintain it as they succumbed to a Teignmouth side that finished their chances very well.

Graham Bedford will be looking for a stronger performance against a team that sits below them in the league.

Kick off is at 2.15pm and The Hippos would welcome as much support as possible from the travelling Hippo Herd, that have out numbered the home contingent in the last few away matches.
