H&P Coaches have been forced into making three starting XV changes and name a new bench this week as Daniel Groves and Andrew White are both on holiday together in Florida. The versatile chops has played in a number of positions this season but has found form at 6, he is replaced by the ever dependable Carl Brown who was on the bench last week. Daniel Groves has been outstanding this season since coming to the club from Malta, the former England U15's and Waterloo player has settled in well at the club and he is going to be a miss this weekend with his ball carrying ability. Richard Thirkell will move over to loose head allowing Callum Jackson to come in at Hooker after a solid performance off the bench last week. Experienced Michael Thompson who can cover all of the front row positions comes in on the bench. Luke Watson and Carl Oliver also return to the bench and will cover back row and the majority of the back positions between them. 17 year old Stephen Hunt comes in on the wing after missing last week with a thumb and shoulder problem, Hunty has show massive amounts of promise and potential after returning to rugby recently with East Durham College. For a first season in senior rugby he has been almost a ever-present.
H&P face a tough test this week as Consett are one of the form sides in the league and at the moment are a place above H&P in the league, It promises to be a cracking game with the both sides having big forwards and pacey back line.

This is the last home game of the season, H&P would like to thank everyone for the support. Afterwards in the club there will be a band on to celebrate the first season at a new home.
