CORE VALUES -
Rugby is a game for all shapes and sizes. As a result, a complete cross section of the community is involved in rugby union in England, with over 2,5 million experiencing rugby, 2,000 rugby clubs, 80,000 volunteers including 25,000 coaches and 10,000 referees and 3,200 affiliated schools.
All share a common purpose and core values, which are captured here by the Rugby Football Union, the governing body of the sport in England, based on an extensive dialogue with the whole game.

We welcome all new team members and include all because working as a team enriches our lives.
