Alternatively, keep an eye on the site for pre-season information. We welcome everyone, as we have thriving Senior, Junior and Veterans sections. Beginners or rusty sticks are most welcome. Why not come along and give it a go, what do you have to lose? The same applies to umpires and coaches. Help is always gratefully received.

Our first colts Sunday training session for the season will be on Sunday 2nd September 2012 and from then on every Sunday. They are held at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre hockey pitch which you access by parking at the Tesco car park and then walking across the bridge over the A24 to where the pitch is located on the other side.

The Colts Trialling Form must be completed before new colts can participate in hockey training, so that your child will be covered by insurance.

To speed up the process of getting your child onto the pitch on the first Sunday session we would like to encourage you to fill out the Colts Trialling Form and send it in before the season starts along with a post dated cheque for the 2nd September 2012. Note you can return this form electronically to lizingram@btinternet.com or hand written to the address at the end of the form.

Otherwise you can bring along the Colts Trialling Form and cheque to the September Sunday sessions - however please arrive at the beginning of your child's session in plenty of time as their form must be processed before they can go on to the pitch and begin training.

We advise your child to bring a stick, gum shield, shin pads, warm clothes and a drink. We are in the process of changing hockey kit providers but on the 2nd September we hope to have kit available on pitch side to try on and place an order. Details will be on this website shortly.

Our times for Sunday BBH training are:

U8/U10 :- 9.30 - 10.30am - (cost £2) - please note if your child is U8 you must stay pitch side whilst they are training
U12 :- 10.30 - 11.30am - arrive 10.15 for warm up - (cost £3)
U14 :- 11.30 - 12.30 - arrive 11.15 for warm up - (cost £3)

For our U16 and U18 we are looking at running mid week training session - details to follow.

We are also running two pre-season Sunday training sessions in August as well as the August Hockey Camp:

Pre-season Sunday Training :- 19th and 26th August - 10-11.30am at BBH for Colts aged 8-14 - just turn up no need to book
August Hockey Camp :- 28th 29th and 30th August - 10-3.30pm at Millais School for boys and girls aged 7-16 - application forms on website
Y4 & Y5 Hockey Experience :- 31st August - 10-3.30pm at Millais School for boys and girls - application form and poster attached
