Houghton travel to Seaton Carew this Saturday in a hotly anticipated cup semi final game. With both sides having one league win each and both these victories been away fixtures make the game even more interesting. Houghton are without two major players for the fixture so have had to rejig the squad. Top try scorer Marc Wiley is playing rugby league at Kingston park and powerful centre James Ross is away for a wedding. The coaching staff have moved flanker Dan Jones to outside where he played previously for Gateshead. This allows for the return of Richy Walsh to the first team in some weeks and for Jack Sneezham who has been outstanding for the Boars to come onto the bench as cover. The game kicks off at an earlier time of 12.30 to allow Seaton to host the annual Pyman cup.
