Bridging The Gap

The club house redevelopment

Bridging The Gap
Mark Evans, Jack Kurton, Sam Lavin and John McNeill gave a presentation on Thursday evening about the future of the building and some fundraising ideas.
There is a link on club website (top left) Bridging The Gap which will take you to the documents and the plans.
One of the easy ways we can all help the club is using the two links when browsing the internet.

    Hi guys,
I don't seem to be able to get to plans for the new development.
I am interested to see them. Would be obliged if one of you could email them to me.
    Regards,
    Brian Thomas (Florida)

    Thanks Al,
Found it & will read it through when I get back from my golf today.
One thing I seem to remember from some years back wasthat there were plans to ask British rail (then) to donate the area behind the goal and develop there.
    Is this still an option.
    Thanks,
    Brian Thomas

It is owned by the council. We have looked at putting the club house on the land but the issue is we haven't got the money to buy the land and more importantly we haven't got the money to build a new clubhouse.
