Ticketing Arrangements for Rugby World Cup 2015

Ticketing Arrangements for Rugby World Cup 2015
Tickets for the Rugby World Cup will be shortly made available to Rugby Club members. Applications for tickets are to be made by the individual but you can only apply if the club has nominated you as eligible (ensuring the tickets go to members of clubs)
We (the club) have to nominate those who are eligible to apply for tickets between the 6th & the 16th May 2014 so if you would like to be nominated please put your name on the list which will be up in the clubhouse from Thursday 27th March.
If you are nominated by the club you are eligible to apply, you are not obliged to do so. In other words if you think you might want some tickets but are not certain its worth putting your name on the list.
Other Considerations:
Members of each club will be restricted to a fixed number of tickets for Twickenham games - 6 per game per club, including the semi's and final
For the other 38 games we are allocated a total of 128 tickets across the board. Once the application process opens this is on a first come first served basis, maximum of 4 per member, per game

Ticket applications are made direct by the member we have nominated after we log their details onto the system. We do this between 6th and 16th May
The Committee will only nominate current members whose subs are up to date. The RFU aim is to “recognise the contribution of people who support the game week in and week out and to maximise their opportunity to buy tickets”
Tickets go on sale on 16th May, on-line only, and sale the ends on 30th June, on a first come first served basis
Tickets cannot be passed for commercial or sponsors use
For all games tickets are available across all price ranges, if the requested range is sold applicants will be advised what is available.
Regards,
John McNeill
