Reserve Division
The CMFL shall no longer have two separate reserve leagues as of 2015/16, instead, there is now just one league with a mixture of teams from the old Reserve Supreme and Premier.

Although, Borrowash Victoria Reserves – who have joined the Leicestershire Senior League – and Dunkirk Reserves will not be participating in the upcoming season.

The full Reserve Division constitution is as follows:
Belper United Res.
Blidworth Welfare Res.
Eastwood Community Res.
Graham Street Prims Res.
Harworth Colliery Res.
Holbrook Sports Res.
Holbrook St Michaels Res.
Heanor Town Res.
Hucknall Town Res.
Mickleover RBL Res.
Pinxton Res.
Radford Res.
Sherwood Colliery Res.
Swanwick Pentrich Road Res.
Teversal Res.
Thoresby Colliery Welfare Res.
