The containers were cleaned out and all the gear arranged accordingly so all could be accessed by various teams. One week later and there was equipment all over the place making other things unaccessible.

Can we please ensure that all gear is placed away neat & tidy and tackle bags are stood along the side. Tackle Shields and Post pads have racks and shelves. Keep the pitch perimiter equipment stacked in the corner behind the door and not obstructing the entrance.

CHANGING ROOMS & CANTEEN AREA

Can every team sweep clean after they have used (especially the last team of the day), including the away ones. Remove any tape or bandages that have been discarded, drinks bottles etc. U14s did this today so lets keep it up.

We have to get into good habits with existing faciilites so we can be spot on with the new ones.

Please get parents to help with all these duties, we are all one club, it shouldnt be left to the commitee, coaches and usual suspects to do every week.

If you're the first one at the ground each day, please report if any problems so the previous teams can be challenged

THE PITCHES AND OUTDOOR AREAS

Make sure all drinks cups and plastic bottles or any other litter are cleared up after games and training. There is an increase in litter on the playing fields. There are litter bins near the containers or in the clubhouse or take a blue wheelie bin out for between the pitches.
