A polite reminder

Hello everyone,

Just a gentle reminder that we expect to receive 48 weeks subs per year from all our players regardless of whether it is paid weekly, monthly or annually.

We have been asked “if my child goes off to train with a union club or football does he still have to pay subs?”

The answer is yes.

We pay a fortune out for training facilities and other considerable costs, particularly in winter, and try to spread the costs throughout the year.

If the subs are not paid then our club rules apply and that child will not play whilst subs are 4 weeks or more in arrears.

Subs are still due even if your child is ill – the only exceptions are long term illness / hospitalisation or serious injuries sustained in the course of rugby league within the club environment (must be notified to coaches at the time). Subs are still due even if training sessions are cancelled by the club due to weather conditions. Any player for whom membership has not been paid by 01 March, or for whom subs are 4 weeks or more in arrears, may have their card “ revoked” and will be unable to play / train. NOTE: Non-payment of membership/subs renders a player’s insurance invalid.

If you have any queries, on anything Subs or Membership related, please contact:
Graham Joyce (Treasurer): 07828 189380 Gary Spencer (Youth Secretary): 07887 658564

I am sure everyone understands our position.
