Update to website memberships / parents

Pitchero has had an update today.

Parents should now be linked to their child/children. Please can you check as the site did this by recognition , so may be the odd discrepancy (please don't worry on safety, no personal information can be accessed).

This update should allow you to set your child's availability for games once the fixtures are published.

Those with multiple accounts have been merged into one account as well.

Any changes needed let me know.
