In the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West on Saturday, leaders Hungerford Town scored twice....

....after the break to win 2-1 at Bulpit Lane against Evesham United.

The visitors led through Marcus Palmer`s 36th minute opener, but Diak John equalised just past the hour-mark and then Jon Boardman won it for Hungerford with 17 minutes remaining.

Second-placed Tiverton Town had to settle for a point from a 1-1 draw at fifth-placed Cirencester Town, whose Ellis Dunton cancelled out top scorer Joe Bushin`s 35th minute opener for Tivvy a minute before half-time.

Poole Town moved into third spot with a 3-0 victory at Cossham Street against Mangotsfield United.

New loan signing Warren Byerley gave the Dolphins a15th minute lead and then Steve Devlin bagged a brace of penalties to confirm the win in the 52nd and 87th minutes.

Swindon Supermarine moved into fourth place with an emphatic 4-0 home win over Winchester City.

Ashley Edenborough got `Marine up and running after 12 minutes and then Josh Parsons added a second on 32 minutes.

Harry Etheridge made it 3-0 with 58 minutes gone and Dan Hilder completed the scoring 6 minutes from time.

Wimborne Town equalised from a Micky Hubbard penalty just after the half-hour mark, having gone behind 7 minutes earlier to a Jimmy Deabill effort, before going on to win 2-1 at home against North Leigh with the winning goal coming in the 3rd minute of time added on from Danny Smith.

Cinderford Town went down 1-0 at Bridgwater Town when the home side`s Ross McNabb scored after 64 minutes.

Just up the M5, Clevedon Town were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Bishops Cleeve, whose Carl Brown equalised in the 63rd minute – 10 minutes after Ben Murray had given the Seasiders the lead.

Paulton Rovers completed a 3-2 home victory over bottom of the table FA Cup heroes Yate Town.

Lacey put Rovers in front after 23 minutes but a Tom Knighton brace on 33 minutes from the spot and then 47 minutes gave Yate the lead.

But Craig Loxton on the hour-mark and then Tom Billing 15 minutes from time turned the game in the home side`s favour.

Taunton Town are still without an away point this season after losing 3-0 to Abingdon United.

Toby Nowell opened the scoring in the 8th minute, taking advantage of a defensive mistake to put his side ahead. United doubled their lead in the 13th minute when Chris Baker netted with a far post header from a corner by Kevin Halliday. And just on the stroke of half-time Sam Tucker headed in a cross by Nowell to make it 3-0.
