Having spent the first half of the season on loan with league rivals Weston-super-Mare from League Two side Newport County, striker Tom Meechan has now signed for Hungerford Town for a month.

The striker joined the Exiles in February from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side St Neots Town and progressed to make his Football League debut against Accrington Stanley in March.

He appeared a couple of more times for the senior side before the end of the season and then joined the Seagulls in August.

Prior to signing for the Saints, for whom he scored 25 goals in 39 games in 2015/16, the 26-year-old was with St Ives Town and Godmanchester Rovers.
