Beaconsfield SYCOB scored twice in the second half to eliminate their Premier Division visitors, Chesham United, 2-0 and Hitchin Town scored in the twentieth minute and added another early in the second half to also record a 2-0 home victory over St Neots Town. On Tuesday evening five Division One clubs progressed at the expense of Premier Divsion opponents - Aylesbury, trailing by two goals at the break, fought back in the second half to win 3-2 at home against Cambridge City, Paulton Rovers, two up at the break, completed a 3-0 victory at Chippenham Town, Poole Town, who took the lead on the half-hour went on to record a 3-0 home win over Weymouth, North Leigh came from behind to win 2-1 at Banbury United, and Bridgwater Town, behind after six minutes, levelled on the hour to draw 1-1 at home with Bideford after extra time and went on to win 5-4 on penalties. Hungerford Town were the highest scorers of the night winning 6-0 at Thatcham Town while Cinderford Town scored four times inside ten minutes at the start of the second half to win 5-1 at home against Bishops Cleeve and Stourbridge scored twice in each half to seal a 4-1 home victory over Redditch United. Meanwhile in the other two all Premier Division clashes, Hemel Hemstead Town twice came from behind to win 3-2 at St Albans City and Barwell scored four minutes from the end of extra time to win 2-1 at Bedworth United. There were away victories for Daventry Town, 5-3 at Abingdon United, Ashford Town (Middx), 2-1 at Burnham, Slough Town, 1-0 at Chalfont St Peter, Yate Town, 2-0 at Merthyr Town, and Didcot Town 5-1 at Woodford United with four of their goals coming in the final eighteen minutes. AFC Hayes recovered from going behind to win 3-1 at home against Uxbridge and there were also home wins for Biggleswade Town, 1-0 over Royston Town, and North Greenford United who defeated Godalming Town 4-2. Rugby Town's home tie with Leamington was abandoned owing to floodlight failure with fifteen minutes remaining and the visitors leading 1-0.
