A Big HUZZAH for the Two’s!
Impressive run of results witness climb up table!
A recent run of impressive results from the 2nd XV has witnessed them climb up the Pennant 1 table to reach nose bleed territory!
A mixture of young, old and positively ancient players have blended well to produce a string of victories rare in their mix. Who would have predicted a run of scalps that included Paviors away, Derby at home...both nail biters...followed by 50 point hauls against Medics and last week in a double header against Lincoln (ok the last isn’t unheard of but none the less impressive).
Throw in the 70 point victory at home to Casuals back in early December and the run of form is a credit to all concerned.
Playing with confidence long suffering supporters have been warmed during the past month or so by some great performances...we even expected them to hold on to their 40 point lead at Medics!
