June Manager of the Month

In a victory for feminists everywhere, Sarah-Jane Brooksby has wiped the floor with a predominantly male field, taking the June Manager of the Month crown by nearly 350 points. To put this into perspective, there was a 350 point gap between 2nd and 18th.

The Night's Watchmen's big guns performed this weekend to help her take the award, with captain Daniel Murfet, Luke Brooksby and Ben Robertshaw all scoring big.

The Ball Breakers came out of nowhere to claim second place in the month, with the top three rounded off by Too Many Cooks Spoil The Club.

With the transfer window being open, it is expected that lots of teams will make moves in an effort to claim the £15 monthly prize on offer.

ICC Fantasy League 2016 Overall Standings

Table updated Monday 27th June 2016 due to administrative error

Phil Smith noticed the calculation error that took place, and it's a good job he did as he now sits top of the ICC Fantasy League. Gornall's Gonads fly off top spot to sixth, with Sarah-Jane Hand's in-form team jumping seven places into fifth.

Bob Hargreaves's and Steve Sweeney's teams both move up inside the top 10, whilst Callum Cook and Ben Clarke drop out of it.

Liam Kelly's Ball Breakers are big movers in mid-table, along with Ben Robertshaw's Brush Heads. Moving the other way are Lissy Smith's Bowl 'Em Out and Jamie Lawton's Aire-Wharfe Commemorative XI.

Josh Nolan put a bit of distance between himself and bottom place by moving up to 36th.

Karamat Hussain Invitational Cup Quarter Final Draw

The Quarter Final draw was made live as a curtain-raiser for the inaugural ICC Poker Night on Saturday night. Past overseas player Sean Stevenson flew in especially to draw the home teams, whilst his fellow countryman and current overseas player Daniel Murfet drew the away teams.
