2012 Season
Hi all
Just a recap on season 2011, not a bad season considering we played with 11/12 men all season. We won 5 games out of 11 and drawn 2 of them. Some we should of done better but hey its rugby league anything can happen!
This season is going to be SUMMER RUGBY!!! With the season starting in March against Shevington for the opener at home and the lads cannot wait to get going. There will be around 12 games in the season, with two cups getting introduced so it will be the lads first competitive match.
The lads are back at training now Tuesdays and Saturdays (see Under 12's section for place and times) and are all working hard for the new season. Hopefully we will have two friendlies coming up before the season to get the boys ready and raring to go!
We have already new players coming down some which joined at the back end of last year:
Oliver Machul
Matthew Harrison
Tom Price
Sam Mclauchlan
Cameron Leak
We wish them all the best for the first ever rugby season.
