Run fest at Ingleton CC
Ingleton 1st XI came away with a winning draw on Saturday having scored 301 runs
In the battle at the bottom of the table, Ingleton made great strides to move away from danger as they picked up 10 points at home to Netherfield.
With hot and sunny conditions and a perfect batting track, the only option at the toss was to bat and stick the opposition out in the field for 2 1/2hrs.
Ingleton made a positive start as Graham Kellett cut the first and second deliveries to the back point boundary to make it 8 for 0. Chris Fleming followed suit in the next over pushing the hosts to 12 without loss after 2 overs.
The pair continued to punish any loose deliveries
