The Intellectuals Man-of-the-Match goes to Alex Cormack for a very respectable bowling performance recording figures of 8-1-27-4; oh and let’s not forget his 2 not out with the bat to boot.

All-in-all not the best ‘all round’ performance but while Torre deserved their victory, the Intellectuals did manage to rally round and make a bit of a match of it. If it had been a 30 and not a 40 over match it might well have produced a closer finish.
