East Premier League
Ipswich v Bedford
12 noon at Tuddenham Road
SEVEN sponsored Ipswich welcome long term league leaders Bedford to Tuddenham Road on Saturday, with both sides well aware the winner will go top of the table.
Ipswich are in a great vein of form, having recorded a 5th straight win on Saturday, as they dispatched Norwich Dragon 3-0. Bedford on the other hand have drawn the last 3 games and have seen their lead reduced to 1 point, they do however have 2 games in hand over Ipswich.
Ipswich lose India Goodman from the squad due to other commitments but bring in Rosie Jackson and Megan Dawson.
"We are very happy with the way we have been playing" said co-captain Emma Millar "and we are looking forward to welcoming Bedford to our home pitch. Our last match against them saw us turn in one of our worst performances of the season, so we are determined to put that right on Saturday. We are not focused on the result, that will take care of itself, our job is to just keep playing the way we have been"
The match starts at 12 noon at Tuddenham Road and all spectators are welcome.
