Nominations for positions on the Board, duly proposed and seconded together with the approval of the nominee, must also be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday 1st April. Nomination forms are available in the bar or by navigating to Club Info > Documents on the homepage of the club website. Nominations are invited in particular for the following positions:
Fixture and Referee Secretary
Ordinary Board Member
Special Board Member (Saturday Official)

Please note that in order to be quorate the AGM requires the attendance of at least 16 members entitled to vote. In the event of a quorum not being present the meeting will be adjourned to the following Monday and those present with voting rights will form a quorum.
