Training

Training numbers on the up!

training numbers have increased steadily as the pre-season has gone along. Good training and a good work rate has seen all who attend benefit for the season ahead we are getting 30+guys at training which is great but we want more! The more players we have the more teams we can run IRFC is a club going forward and also a welcoming place any new players wishing to come are welcome and any ex players are also more than welcome. There is a good coaching structure in place and a hard working committee driving the club forward and we also have a thriving youth section playing at all age groups under the guidance of Allan Wilson and his coaches. I would also like to welome our new youth development officer Michael Kirk to the club who will be another huge asset bringing rugby and IRFC to the local schools and hopefully on to the club. Come along and try the game even if its just to get fit and healthy we have sports nutrician and diet people who can help and also club physio who can help with any injuries. Irvine is a fun place to be and the training is stuctured and enjoyable so why not give it a go.So to coin a phrase the futures bright the future is Maroon! Mon the Irvine!
