Players, coaches, family and friends all gathered to celebrate another season for the U14's. Following a tough start the team bounced back and won the majority of their games in the latter half of the season, a great testament to the character of the players and the coaches.

Every player was thanked for their hard work and commitment to the club and were presented with a trophy based on the Island Marine kit from manager Damian Blackmore.

Damo presented four awards to the Top Goalscorer, Players Player of the Year, Most Improved Player of the Year and Managers Player of the Year, each player well worthy of their award.

Club Chairman Richard Belby presented Manager Damian Blackmore with a gift for all his hard work over the last few years as Damo has decided to step down from his roll as manager. The players also showed their appreciation for all his effort and commitment and he will be sorely missed.

The boys tucked into a pizza fest thanks to Carlos Pizzas and enjoyed the rest of the night playing football at Maslin Park. They are looking forward to next season with pre season training starting on Tuesday 12 July.
