1XV are away tomorrow 22nd to Old Patesians who are already relegated and at home on 30th in the rearranged Dings Crusaders game.
For the moment we sit happily in 8th place with 61 points, if Lydney beat Old Reds tomorrow and we finish the season with two 5 point wins we could move up a place with 71 points.
So all to play for in reality but what a start to National League Rugby this season.

2XV are away to Crediton tomorrow and Sidmouth in their last Merit Table game the following week. Sitting 3rd in the table on 42 points but with several players unavailable Tommy Newman, Danny Burrow, Ian Davies, Matt Skeemer to name a few we are unlikely to move.
Another good season for The Vandals as ever it all depends on who is available on any given weekend.

Colts...well they have it all to play for, two Finals in two weekends.

On Sunday 24th they make the short trip up the road to Sandy Park to take on Barnstaple in the Devon Colts Cup Final, ko 3 pm. £3 entry, U16s free but it is pay and display parking.

This season has been a bit odd for the colts before Christmas was a bit hit and miss and then the bad weather. Going out in the National Cup was hard but they learnt from it.
Watching them regularly you have seen them start to gel as a team,
there have been harsh words at times from their coaches but they have been taken on board and as a team have blossomed.

Those last two National Plate games were out standing performances against two very good sides but they kept their heads, boosted each other when heads went down and battled to the end.

Sunday should be a very good game between the two tops Devon Colts sides.

Next off the the National Plate Final, oh boy what an experience for them.
Fingers crossed they will bring that Plate back to Cross in Hand for the second time.
