Coaching opportunities (tag, U9 , U10,U14 ages)
Role description
Coaches and team managers are required to support the growing mini’s section. Candidates must be up for a challenge and be motivated to help start and continue the development of the age’s groups with support from the club
These vacancies are voluntary
Role :- Mini section coach and team managers
Duration 2-3 hours per week
Availability – Sunday morning and some mid-week night during the winter if necessary
Main task/responsibilities
• Develop the age group within the club
• Planning and delivery of coaching sessions
• Organisation and management of the team on game days
• Attract and recruit new players
Experience
• Previous rugby experience would be desired , however not essential as on the pitch training backed up with RFU coaching course will be provided
Training and support
• RFU DBS
• Willing to work towards RFU coaching awards level 1 and/or 2
