The hard work that has been put into training since his addition is really starting to pay off. Every game there has been positive developments. This showed massively yesterday in both attack and defence.

Numbers for training are steadily growing again with us having 16 people on Thursday. If you want to help the team grow and develop. You must first develop your own skills and learn the drills and runs that we are doing. If your not there for training then you will be in the dark come Saturday. Fred has stressed this a number of times.

Saturday's game seen a few stand out performances some playing in new positions but the most positive part of Saturday's game was the cohesion within the team.
